Colourpoint Society of Great Britain
The Society will be holding its AGM on Sunday, 7 April, 2002, at
2pm. To be held at Our Lady & St Peters Church, Copthorne Road,
There are vacancies on the Committee. Applicants must apply in writing

CM1 2SY, to be received by 24 March, 2002.
AGM papers will be going out to all Members shortly, which include
a points awards form, to be filled in for each cat, kitten, neuter
and returned to the Points Awards Secretary, Mrs Jan Greenway, 22
Grace Avenue, Allington, Maidstone, Kent ME16 0BU, to be received
by 24 March, 2002. The points awards will be presented to our lucky
winners by Mr David Redtfeldt at the AGM. (Subs can be paid on the
day). This will be followed by a Blind Auction and wrapped donations
with a guide price in the corner will be very welcome.
The Colourpoint BAC will also be discussed and put to the Members
whether they wish the Society to rejoin the BAC. A vote will be
taken at the AGM. Only paid-up Members may vote.
The date for the Societys Garden Party has had to be moved
to Sunday, 28 July, 2002. Tickets are available from Mr Colin Read,
Langley House, 90 Levett Road, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 7EH. There
will once again be a balloon race. The balloons will be launched
at the Garden Party. Tickets (£1) are available from any Committee
Member. Just watch out for us at the shows. Prizes are a Samsung
Microwave Oven, Large Cuddly Toy and a bottle of Champagne.
The Societys Magazine has now been posted to all paid-up Members.

Our AGM is to be held at the Oliver Bird Hall, Solihull on 21 April,
2002, is fast approaching. As you know, trophies are awarded at
this meeting to Members and their cats as recognition of their success
at cat shows during the preceding year.
Forms are available from myself for you to complete with your show
results and return promptly for calculation, prior to the AGM. My

Woefully few Members have completed forms to date. Needless to say,

The National Cat Club
The AGM of the National Cat Club will be held on Sunday, 14 April,
2002, at The Victory Services Association, Seymour Street, London
(nearest tube, Marble Arch). The meeting will commence at 2.30pm,
and tea will be served.
There are five vacancies on the Committee. Three of the present
Members are willing to stand again, these being: Mrs Celia Langford,
Mr Ron Pike and Mr Alistair Balharrie. Our present Chairman, Mr
Frank Grieve will be standing down as an Officer of the Club and
will be seeking election to Committee.
Further nominations for Committee must be proposed and seconded
in writing with the written consent of the nominee, all of whom
must be fully paid-up Club Members. The Secretary should receive
nominations by 1 April, 2002.

T.O.F.F.S. (The Original Foreign Five Shorthairs) Cat Club
T.O.F.F.S. Cat Club is holding its 3rd Pet Cat Show on 4 May, 2002,
at the Millennium Hall, Ontario Way, Liphook, Hants. It is a beautiful
new hall with natural daylight and is easily accessible for the
disabled as it is all on ground level. It is situated opposite Sainsburys
Supermarket and there is plenty of free parking.
As well as the Non Pedigrees in competition, the GCCF has given
permission for Pedigree cats to be on Exhibition. There will be
lots of stalls, our photo competition and the ever popular raffle.
There will also be refreshments on sale which you can enjoy whilst
watching the judging. So why not come along and let the judges see
how beautiful your pet is and let the public enjoy looking at your
