The Northern Ireland Cat Club

The Northern Ireland Cat Club stages its 27th Championship Show in the NEI Campus, Antrim, on Saturday, 3 March, 2007.

This long established event has proven popular over the years with Scottish and English exhibitors and the various ferries now crossing the Irish Sea make it a relatively simple journey.
Scottish visitors can be in the show hall in roughly two-and-a-half hours from Cairnryan or Stranraer.

English visitors using the Liverpool crossing to Belfast can be in Antrim town in 30 minutes after arrival.

This event is always popular with fanciers from Eire and the venue, just beside the International Airport, is a convenient one for the travelling contingent whose support is much appreciated.

Once again there is a top class panel of judges, which includes Mesdames Bangs, Brooks, Denny, Hamilton, Kilby, Rose and Tokens.

Show Managers Mrs Pat Hartin and Dr Denis Shortall are renowned for putting on an excellent event and on this occasion there will be very special Best of Breed awards. The rosettes on offer are of the highest standard and there are excellent catering facilities within the show venue.
All in all, a show not to be missed.

Schedules were posted in early December, and anyone not in receipt of one should contact myself at 37 Kilraughts Road, Ballymoney, Co. Antrim BT53 7HL, Tel. 028 2766 6603. Dr Shorthall’s number is 028 7964 3460. Entries close late January, so don’t delay - enter today! See you there.
Pat Hartin, Show Manager
