“Incorporating Chocolate & Lilac”
“We’d like to invite you to our little show
It would be lovely to see you, so please don’t say no.
Cream, Blue-Cream, Chocolate and Lilac too,
We are offering these colours especially for you.
Send for a schedule, that’s all you have to do,
Have a quick browse, then enter a cat or even two.
There won’t be need to get up with the lark,
No creeping round your cattery in the dark.
Vetting-in starts at 10am so there’s no rush to arrive
Which is handy for those with a bit of a drive.
You can stay and watch the judges do their stuff,
If you win that’s great - if you lose...
Life’s a gamble, sometimes it can be tough.
By 4pm at the latest - show closed, clear the hall,
You’ll be on your way home in no time at all.
It’s a lovely show, you’ll have a great day,
So send off for a schedule - straight away!”

It has come to my attention that rumours are circulating that the car park designated for the show has been demolished. These rumours are entirely without foundation (unlike the car park, which is most definitely still standing!).
Car parking instructions are carefully explained in the back of the schedule. The car park which exhibitors and judges must use is the HINES MEADOW car park, which is situated opposite the leisure centre in St Clouds Way, at a cost of £3.50 for the whole day. Exhibitors are asked to use this car park in preference to the leisure centre, where there is very limited parking which will cost £10 per day. It is a few minutes walk to the hall, via an underpass, or for the fitter among you, by crossing the road. You will access the hall via the EVENT ENTRANCE at the rear of the venue (by the Bowling Alley).
We will have helpers available to assist you with directions.
Pat Norman, Show Manager

Nominations for any of the vacancies should be forwarded to me by 28 February 2007, and must be signed by the nominee, proposer and seconder, all of whom should be fully paid-up Members of the Club.
