FOR three weeks this summer BBC Daytime will be broadcasting live from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home following prospective pet owners as they adopt a rescue pet.

Animal Rescue Live will be presented by Selina Scott and Matt Baker, and they are looking for people from around the UK to take part in the show. I’m guessing Big Brother types need not apply. Or should they?

The programme will also take viewers behind the scenes at Britain’s most famous rescue centre and feature animal sanctuaries from throughout the UK.

Anyone with a genuine interest in adopting a rescue animal and willing to take part in the series can apply online at: www.bbc.co.uk/whatson/beonashow/
