Maidstone & Medway Cat Club

The AGM will be held on Sunday, 4 May, 2008, at 2pm at the Hempstead Village Hall, Hempstead Road, Gillingham, Kent. Maps giving full directions will be enclosed with the AGM papers posted to all Members.

Nominations for the Committee are invited from any Member. Prospective Committee Members should be fully paid-up Members of the Club and need to be proposed by another fully paid-up Member.

After the AGM there will be an informal cat related quiz with a prize for the winner.

There will also be the Annual Cup Presentation, our raffle for the Welfare Fund, a delicious tea and the opportunity to meet with and chat to our Members and friends.

Would any Member who won a trophy at the AGM 2007 please make sure it is returned to me, in advance of the AGM 2008.

Midland Counties Cat Club
The AGM of the above Club will take place at Castle Farm Community Centre, Hadley, Telford this Sunday, 20 April at 2pm prompt. Members are requested to attend to deal with the Club’s business.

There are five Committee places vacant - the Chair and Vice-Chair, plus two others are willing to stand for re-election. Any nominations must be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up Members and sent to the Secretary asap at 14 Wheatley Crescent, Hadley, Telford TF1 6PZ. The Secretary must receive any other items for inclusion on the agenda asap.

Members are reminded that subscriptions for 2008 are now due.
