was held on
Wednesday, 2 March, 2005
At Friends House, 173-177 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ.

The Investigation Committee preferred a formal complaint against Mrs D. Walton of 21 Holly Avenue, Haslingden, Lancashire BB4 6QD. Prefix: BADSWORTH:

That the Defendant is in breath of Articles 12(1)(a) and/or 12(1)(b) (paragraph 1) and/or 12(1)(d) of the GCCF Constitution in that:

1. She signed an application form to register a kitten, BADSWORTH FRODOBAGGINS, born on 29 August 2003, giving the name of the sire as CRYSES WAGGYTAIL MCCAVITY, a cat which had been exhibited by her as a male neuter at a show held on 7 September 2002.

By this action the Defendant acted in a way which was, or may have been, discreditable and/or prejudicial to the interest of cat owners and/or the breeding of cats and/or the exhibiting of cats and/or the interest of the GCCF.

2. She exhibited BADSWORTH FRODOBAGGINS at two shows, naming, on the signed entry forms, his sire as CRYSES WAGGYTAIL MCCAVITY.
By this action the Defendant acted in a way which was, or may have been discreditable and/or prejudicial to the interest of cat owners and/or the breeding of cats and/or the exhibiting of cats and/or the interest of the GCCF.

The Investigation Committee preferred a formal complaint against Mr B. J. Cawthorne of 1 Chipperfield Road, Apsley, He mel Hempstead, Herts HP3 0AQ. Prefix: COONSLAIR (jointly owned with Mrs A. Cawthorne).
