Mr Francis Sketch wrote to say, “There was a small error in Mrs Brega Webb’s report on the Bombay and Asian Breed Club Show (OUR CATS, 17 June). Under Asian Tiffanie (non-silver) we noted that our cat, Hurtlepuss Oriole (68d) has been renamed Hurtlepuss ORIBLE (68d). We know she can be ‘a right little madam’, but we don’t think she is ‘Horrible’. In fact she has many Firsts and has even been ‘Best in Show’, so she denies that she is ever ‘Horrible’!”

Mrs Jackie Green wrote to say that Mrs Denny’s report on the London Cat Club Show (OUR CATS, 29 July) incorrectly stated that the Foreign Imperial Grand Premier Certificate was awarded to Ch & Gr Pr Orabill Forgetmenot. It was it was in fact awarded to Gr Ch & UK Gr Pr Orabill Grizelda.

Somerset Cat Club Show (OUR CATS, 29 July) – Mr A. Gillson’s report on White (Orange eyed) Adult referred to Mrs S. Biggs’s cat, Bondor Big Luv, as a female throughout the critique. ‘Big Luv’ is very much a male!
