Humberside Cat Club
We would like to remind all our Members that Club subscriptions became due on 1 January 2005. Current membership fees remain as follows: Joint £6.50, Single £4.50, Senior Citizen £2.00, Juniors £2.00, with a Joining Fee for new and lapsed Members of £1.00.
For those Members who wish to take advantage of the reduced show entry fees at our show on 25 June, membership renewals must have been received by 30 April 2005. After that date anyone wishing to rejoin the Club will be required to pay the joining fee in accordance with our Club rules.
We are also delighted to welcome Mrs Claudia Shields to the role of Membership Secretary, and all renewals or new memberships should now be sent to Claudia at Prospect Villa, 48 Main Street, Buckton YO15 1HU.

Our 1st Championship Show will take place on Saturday, 23 April 2005 at the Play Drome, 2 Abbotsford Road, Clydebank.
At long last another Championship Show comes to Scotland.
The Play Drome is a very good venue with ample free car parking, a very good train service from Glasgow and Helensburgh and all points inbetween, as well as a very good bus service. For you of the sporting turn, the Play Drome has excellent facilities. Bring your cozzie and have a swim.
The Clydebank Shopping Centre is mostly undercover with a variety of shops and places to eat.

London Cat Club
The London Cat Club will be holding its AGM on Monday, 11 April 2005 at Conway Hall, South Place Ethical Society, 25 Red Lion Square, London WC1R 4RL. The meeting will commence at 7.30pm, refreshments will be provided.

Schedules are available for our 2nd Championship Show on 18 June 2005. Please note that the advert placed in the previous publication had the closing date as 10 June. This is an error and should have read “Closing date 10 May 2005”.
Last year’s exhibitors should have received their schedules by now. I am sorry for the delay, this was due to GCCF show requirements and additional classes agreed at council.
We are still at Kendal Leisure Centre, Cumbria, for the show (M6, Junction 36). We have limited the number of exhibits for this years show. We strongly advise you not to leave your entry too late.

The National Cat Club
The AGM of the National Cat Club will be held on Sunday, 10 April 2005 at White Waltham Parish Hall, Waltham Road, White Waltham, Nr Maidenhead. The meeting will commence at 2.30pm. Tea will be served.
There are five vacancies on the Committee, three of the present Members are willing to stand again, and one nomination has been received. Further nominations for Committee must be proposed and seconded in writing with the written consent of the nominee, all of whom must be fully paid-up Club Members. At a recent Meeting of the above BAC, it was noted that some Judges are handling kittens with one hand by the back of their necks. The BAC would like to issue a polite reminder to all Judges and Stewards to handle all cats carefully, with both hands.
