How long does it take to create the website?
The timescale of the project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind I will endeavour to meet it for you.

What if I already own a website?
I can upgrade, edit or completely redesign your current website and also transfer your hosting.

Are there any hidden costs?
No, the packages on offer, provide everything you need for your website.

What happens after the work has been completed?
I will look after all aspects of your domain name registration and web hosting. Please note that if you do not take up the Site Maintenance service, future changes to the website will have to be performed by yourself.

What is the 'Site Maintenance service'?
Maintenance includes modifying or adding web pages plus adding additional photographs.

What is the cost of the Site Maintenance service?
Level 1 site maintenance - £70 per year (max. 8 hours)
Level 2 site maintenance - £120 per year (max. 15 hours)

What if I want to maintain the website myself?
If you decide to opt-out of the Site Maintenance service, then you will need some web design software and image editing software. I will supply you with the FTP details which will allow you to upload any modifications you have made.

How do I register a domain name?
After you have selected a domain name which is available and suitable, we will then register the domain for you with the
relevant Internet Authorities for a period of two years.

What happens to my domain name after two years?
If, after two years you wish to renew your domain name registration and continue with our web hosting service, I will happily arrange this for you.

Why do I need web hosting?
Web hosting is space on a server for a website to reside, so that
people can access it over the Internet. I can provide a home for your website with our competitively priced web hosting services.

Why do I get a new e-mail address?
You will get a new e-mail address at no extra cost, once you have you registered your domain with the Internet Authorities.
